SVERRE SKOGEN
Chairman & CEO
Sverre Skogen has 30+ years experience in the oil and gas industry. He has been CEO at Aker Maritime/Aker Kværner 1997 – 2003, Executive Vice President at PGS Floating Production 2003 – 2005, CEO at AGR Group 2005 – 2012 and Executive Chairman/Chairman at Detnor (now Aker BP) 2013 – 2016. He has also Board and investment positions in various companies in the sector.

LARS ØYNO
Director Production
Lars Asle Øyno is a petroleum engineer with 31 years experience from the oil industry. Previously, Lars was a section leader in DEA Petroleum, and has extensive management experience. He has a long track record in Management Committees in a large number of Norwegian producing fields. His previous experience include management – and technical roles in oil companies such as Chevron, Fortum Petroleum and Saga Petroleum. He has also significant experience from the service industry. Lars has a mastersdegree from Norwegian Technical University in Trondheim, Norway.

LARS STOLTENBERG
Director Commercial
Lars Stoltenberg holds a Master’s degree from Norwegian School of Management. He has 24 years’ experience from the oil industry in Norway and has worked with business development, transactions, commercial issues and sales and transportation of oil and gas his entire career. He has worked for Fortum Petroleum, ENI, ECON, Norsk Hydro and DEA (RWE Dea), mainly as Section Manager for commercial, sales and infrastructure. Lars was in the period 2012 to 2017 member of the management team responsible for the DEA operated Dvalin field development up to authority approval.

TERJE SIREVAAG
Director Reservoir Engineering
Terje Sirevaag holds a Master’s degree in petroleum engineering from University of Stavanger. He has 30 years' experience as a reservoir engineer, and is familiar with most of the reservoirs on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. He has worked for multiple oil companies in his career, including Saga Petroleum, Statoil, Dong and RWE Dea. He is an expert in reservoir engineering and reservoir management, but has also worked with business development and M&A.

DR. ERIK WULFF-PEDERSEN
Director Geosciences
Dr. Erik Wulff-Pedersen graduated as phD in Geology at the University of Oslo in 1997. Subsequently he joined the oil industry and started as a sales manager at Technoguide AS bringing the 3D geomodelling application Petrel to the market. Erik held Business Development Manager positions at Schlumberger and Redback AS, before establishing Blueback Reservoir, a consultancy and software company specialized in 3D modeling, in 2005. In 2006 he joined RWE Dea as staff geologist and moved on to be DEA’s Advisor in Geomodelling responsible for 3D models of DEA’s NCS fields in production or under development. Erik has extensive M&A and audit experience.

Jørgen Klev
Finance Manager
Jørgen Klev holds a M. Sc. degree in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Industrial Economics offers multi-disciplinary education and in addition, Klev has technical competence within process and project engineering along with specialisation in finance. Prior to joining Mime Petroleum, Klev worked for seven years in the E&P industry serving international companies within project development and execution, procurement, business development and commercial / financial issues.

Jan Petter Rød
Head of Drilling & Completion
Jan Petter Rød has 35+ years’ experience from international and Norwegian oil and gas industry. Jan Petter has extensive management experience from previous positions within Saga Petroleum, Norsk Hydro and DEA Norge. The main part of his carrier, Jan Petter has managed planning and execution of the operators’ drilling operation, held positions as Drilling Supervisor, Superintendent, Drilling Manager and Operation Manager. In addition to significant operational experience, he has also held positions within field development projects and has been license committee representative. International experience has been acquired from NW Africa. During 1997-2001, he held position as Operation Manager and General Manager in Libya. Jan Petter served in the Management team of DEA Norge for several years and was board member of RWE-DEA Norge AS.

Gry Telje
Lead Geophysicist
Gry Telje holds a Master’s degree in petroleum geosciences from Norwegian Technical University in Norway. She has 21 years’ experience from the oil industry in Norway, Canada and United Kingdom. She was part of the technical team in Technoguide, which developed the 3D geomodelling and interpretation application Petrel, before joining Tullow Oil in London. In Tullow she worked with prospect generation, development planning and production geophysics in both the North Sea and internationally. Prior to joining Mime Petroleum, she was with Genel Energy in London, working with exploration in the Mediterranean, Morocco and the Middle East.

Anne Langfjæran
HSEQ Manager
Anne Birgitte Brautaset Langfjæran holds a Master’s degree in Marine Biology from the University of Oslo and UNIS (University studies at Svalbard). She has 15+ years’ experience from the oil and gas industry. Past work experience ranges from HSE management and advisory to specialist analysis within environmental impact of offshore oil industry. Past employers include Teekay Petrojarl, DNV GL and Chervron Norge AS, and include experience as self-employed consultant.

ANNE KATRINE LIENG JACOBSEN
Financial Controller
Anne Katrine Lieng Jacobsen has a Bacheleor of Management from BI and is a Certified Accountant. She has 18 years of work experience from the Norwegian oil industry. Previous work experience ranges from Accountant to Accounting manager. Previous employers have been Fortum Petroleum AS, Teknologisk Institutt, Sinvest ASA and Intex Resources ASA. Jacobsen has for the past 8 years, worked as a Senior JV Controller at Lundin Norway AS.

Svein Håheim
Senior Subsea and Facilities Engineer
Svein Håheim has more than 30 years of technical and management experience from the oil and gas industry in Norway and Brazil, including 21 years with Operator companies Norsk Hydro and Shell. He has extensive experience in field development, production operations, subsea technology, flow assurance and well completions. A keen technologist, he is author of 16 technical papers, and holds several patents in the subsea and well areas. He holds a MSc. degree in Engineering Physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

PÅL JOHNSRUD
Senior Drilling and Completion Engineer
Pål Johnsrud holds a Master’s degree in petroleum geosciences from Norwegian Technical University. He has 19 years’ experience from the oil and gas industry in onshore and offshore positions. Past work experience ranges from offshore drilling engineer to lead drilling engineer for various drilling projects across the NCS, including exploration drilling and field development projects in different stages. Past employers include Schlumberger, AGR, RWE Dea and Lundin both as full time employee and consultant.

Rigmor Eriksen
Head of Accounting and Tax
Rigmor Eriksen holds a Master’s degree in Business and Administration from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH). She has over 20 years’ experience from the oil and gas industry, working with accounting, tax, internal control, reporting and compliance. Past work experience from the industry include Infragas Norge AS, Fortum Petroleum AS and the Oil Taxation Office. Ms. Eriksen has also served as Finance Manager/CFO at Intex Resources ASA (listed on OSE) and VP Group Accounting in RS Platou ASA.

Olav Haugland
Chief Financial Officer
Olav Haugland holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration and a State authorized public accountant from the Norwegian school of economics and business administration. He has 30 years’ experience within shipping, oil-service industry, and investment companies both from senior executive roles and board memberships. His experience includes roles in Kistefos, Farstad Shipping and Ocean installer.

RUNE TAULE
Director of Facilities and Field Development
Rune Taule holds a Master’s degree from Norwegian Technical University in Norway and a BC from Norwegian School of Management. Rune has 30 years experience from the oil industry in Norway and 10 years in the engineering/vendor industry. The last 19 years Rune has been with Deminex / RWE Dea engaged in facility engineering, asset management and business development.
